Due to an increasing amount of projects and leads we have job openings for project managers that can reinforce the project team and support the delivery of applications under contract. Depending on your experience and skills, you will be contributing to the applications we are delivering in Dubai, Singapore, USA, Belgium and the Netherlands.

You will work closely alongside our current project management and engineering team, being trained and familiarized with the products and processes on the job. You will be the spider in the web, cooperating closely with the customer, suppliers, engineering and 2getthere management. In this role you will directly report to the COO.

Job Duties

– Quality Assurance and Quality Control
– Interface to customers for company and project interests
– Interface internally for customer and project interests
– Interface to partners and suppliers
– Manage multidisciplinary project teams
– Manage project timing, quality and budget
– Setting up project and phase plans
– Providing project and exception reports
– Defining and managing of work packages
– Monitoring project planning (time schedules, resources)

Your skills and expertise:

– Minimum HBO level, preferably with a technical background
– Minimal 3 years experience of complex technical projects
– Prince2 Foundation/Practitioner certified
– Excellent communication skills (English and Dutch)
– Experience with multi-disciplinary projects
– Willing to travel internationally

Looking for international job experience? A desire to work with cutting edge technology involving automated vehicles? The company 2getthere has a long history in control of automated vehicles. These vehicles are controlled using software and are managed fleet wide using a supervisory system both of which are developed by 2getthere. With an increasing amount of projects we have an opportunity for an additional test engineer. The test engineer will be responsible for the preparation and execution of the required test cases for both the automated vehicle and supervisor systems, followed by administrating and communicating the results.

Job Duties

– Set up and configuration for new applications
– Reviewing requirements and specifications
– Preparation and execution of different levels of testing during a project. The scope of testing varies from a single component to a complete system with multiple vehicles
   – Troubleshooting (complex) electro-mechanical systems
   – Reporting and solving any issues that arise, in cooperation with development teams
– Reporting and documenting of test results
– Training and support, on-site and remotely
– Customer and internal demonstration of developed systems

Your skills and expertise:

You have a bachelor in Mechanical-, electrical- ,control systems engineering, computer science, mechatronics, industrial automation or related fields.

Minimum qualifications:
– Two years experience in testing mechatronic applications
– Take ownership of work, strong sense of responsibility
– Stress resistant
– Ability to work in a team, including remotely
– Hands-on mentality
– Strong analytical capabilities
– Accuracy in test execution, documentation and reporting
– Professional communication in English and Dutch

As a systems engineer you are responsible for engineering activities throughout the system life cycle.

During the concept phase of the project the system engineer is responsible for definition of a concept of operations and the overall system requirements, which will be further detailed in subsequent project phases to subsystem requirments such as the vehicles, the civil infrastructure (stations, guideways, etc.) the supervisor system and the ICT infrastructure. As a senior system engineer, you will be part of a cross functional team and work closely together with project management and the product manager, on customer project implementations and product development as well as contribute to the enhancement of technology.

TOMS (Transit Operations Monitoring and Supervision), one of our flagship products based on 25+ years’ experience monitors and controls the daily operations of the transit systems deployed by 2getthere. Among the functionalities offered by TOMS are fleet control, traffic control (collision avoidance and deadlock prevention), order management, order dispatching, route planning, vehicle control, fleet load balancing to assure service level targets and system logging/reporting. TOMS’ architecture consists of a set of distributed services and apps and HTML5 web apps communicating over web sockets. It has been designed to be robust, scalable, extendible, and flexible.

You’ll be member of an experienced team of software developers. You will also work intensively together with our product manager, test manager and customer project managers.

Job Duties

– Set-up/configuration of supervisor software
– Enhance TOMS functionality by project extensions
– Contribute to product and project quality
